Our finance department will assist you in processing your credit application and make sure your deal is submitted to proper lenders suited to your financial background.

We believe in helping our customer's get financed with as little money down and at the best rate possible. Traditionally, we can get you an answer within 48 hours.

 

We use over 30 different types of lenders. Our leading sources range from A credit lenders to Sub prime lenders. Our lenders include financial institutes such as Key Equipment Finance, Daimler Chrysler Financial Services, GE, Keystone, & BB&T.

 

We realize that your past should stay in the past, let's look at financing your future. Start by filling out our credit application above. To process your credit application, all we will need is a signed bill of sale. Please contact a salesman in regards to a prospective unit.

A signed bill of sale and a deposit are required to keep equipment from being sold to another customer.

 

Financial companies can require this additional information to complete the approval process:

1.
Having Comparable credit references or installment references is important.
2.
Copies of Bank Statements (Checking account in Company name, personal name, and type of saving add strength).
3.
Copy of Income Tax Returns (Most current year 2 years).
4.
Tax liens or judgments should be paid or satisfied. (proof may be required).
5.
Bankruptcy: Established new credit with no derogatory since bankruptcy and a period of time has passed as determined by the Financial Company.
6.
Past truck experience and hauling reference is important. If you have any agreements please attach.

Finance Manager

Sherie began working for the transportation division of East Coast Auto Transport in 2000. Prior to working with East Coast, Sherie was the customer service manager for Verizon Wireless. Her years of experience in the Car Transportation industry combined with her superior customer service skills are evident in her ability to both cultivate superior relationships with our lenders and to help lenders understand your needs for financing.

Andrea Heard
Finance Officer

Prior to joining the East Coast team, Andrea had several years of customer service experience. She attended Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA. During her education she worked in the retail industry. Andrea came to Virginia in 2005 and started a career in Property Management and now to East Coast in 2007. Although new to Finance and Insurance she is not new to the customer service world. Dedicated to getting you the best rates and helping your business grow, Andrea will work with lenders to see you get the loan you need and the service you have come to expect from East Coast Truck and Trailers Sales!
